1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using ArbitrageX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArbitrageX provides digital subscription plans containing systematic market analysis and automated trading alerts for XAUUSD (Gold) and BTCUSDT (Bitcoin). All alerts, levels (Entry, Stop Loss, and Take Profit), and market commentary are for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Subscription & Billing

ArbitrageX offers two monthly subscription plans:

• Standard Plan ($9/month): Includes standard XAUUSD & BTCUSDT analysis, structured alerts, and historical signal logs.
• Pro Plan ($19/month): Includes the full XAUUSD & BTCUSDT alert suite, multi-timeframe analysis, HTF bias context, and priority support.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time directly through the dashboard. Cancellation will stop future automated renewal charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.

5. No Fund Custody or Execution

ArbitrageX does not hold, accept, pool, or manage customer investment funds. We do not provide trading custody or execute trades on behalf of subscribers. You are solely responsible for executing your own trades through your independent brokerage account.

6. No Guaranteed Returns

ArbitrageX does not promise, represent, or guarantee profits, returns, or the recovery of trading losses. Past or backtested performance results do not guarantee future results. Trading carries a high risk of loss.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, indicator code, visual designs, and analysis generated by the Service are the intellectual property of ArbitrageX. Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the alerts and may not resell, redistribute, or publish the alerts.

8. Risk Disclosure

Subscribers are advised to read our full Risk Disclosure before using the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge the inherent financial risks of trading.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
